Life Coaching

Coaching is a structured process of conversation, insight and learning to achieve goals.  Very much like a gym buddy or personal trainer, coaching will help clients to arrive at their desired destination much quicker.

We take a personal, values-based and comprehensive approach to help you with personal change and development. We specialise in resilience, dealing with stress, managing finances, enhancing relationships and developing a more fulfilling and purposeful life.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave. We will help you develop self awareness of your underlying thinking and emotional barriers which hinder you from achieving your goals.

With each session you will develop more effective thinking and behaviours’ skills, helping you to build self confidence and self-acceptance. We’ll provide you with the tools to effectively manage without being dependent on a coach. You effectively becoming your own self coach.

Schools and Colleges Coaching Programme

Through our coaching programmes, we educate and empower:

Our coaching programme within schools and colleges is specifically designed to support and encourage young people to find their way to a life of balance, fulfilment and purpose.

We recognise that students have diverse needs at different stages. We help young people to reduce stress while increasing their motivation to learn, succeed and aim higher. Our tailored coaching and wellbeing support to help young people to achieve positive career outcomes. Coaching can either be on a one-to-one basis or within groups.

Our Corporate coaching programmes are specifically tailored to provide CBT and coaching support to individuals, teams and the organisations.
