About Rita
Rita Field formed Top Life in 2018. Over the last 5 years Rita has helped over three hundred clients to eliminate limiting beliefs, overcome personal challenges and obstacles to enable them to grow in confidence, increase their focus and motivation, realise their gaols and maximise their strengths.
Rita is a Life Coach who specialises in Health and Wellness coaching, Life Coaching and Confidence Coaching. She is also a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy practitioner and a member of the Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist (ACCPH)
Our Approach
Our coaching approach is unique and effective.
We offer a combination of CBT and Life Coaching that produces results quickly. Unlike other coaching programmes, generally after 5 sessions we provide you with the tools to assess your own situation, to think and act resourcefully and to improve your situation. We have hundreds of satisfied clients.
